  • Grade: Senior Executive / AM I / AM II
  • Location: PAN India
  • Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in Microfinance, with team handling skills
  • Educational Qualification: Any Graduate, Any Specialization

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily Surprise Centre Visits (SCV) and ensure all Centre Meetings are covered weekly, with visits to all Centers of all Credit Officers within a quarter.
  • Perform daily branch closing tasks, including verifying collections in the Cash Book against due collections, identifying arrears and pre-payments, and checking disbursements against the official list from Head Office, rectifying discrepancies immediately.
  • Ensure effective cash management by comparing Collection and Disbursement Sheets (CDS) with branch deposits.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all branch transactions.
  • Achieve asset and liability product targets as per agreed goals with the supervisor.
  • Handle any additional responsibilities assigned by the company.

Position Details:

  • Grade: Assistant Manager II / Deputy Manager
  • Location: PAN India
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Microfinance and unsecured loans, with team handling responsibilities
  • Educational Qualification: Any Graduate, Any Specialization / Any Postgraduate, Any Specialization

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operations of 3-4 branches, ensuring quality control, supervision, and effective monitoring.
  • Conduct Group Recognition Tests (GRTs) for assigned branches.
  • Perform house visits for new centres and new client acquisitions, with follow-up on overdue (OD) clients.
  • Implement preventive measures and controls to mitigate fraud risks within the operational area.
  • Keep clients informed about company products and services, including any updates or changes.
  • Plan and allocate manpower efficiently to ensure productivity targets are met.
  • Identify, assess, mitigate, monitor, and report risks impacting branch operations.
  • Execute risk control and mitigation strategies effectively.

Job Opening for Branch Operations Manager – Micro Banking

Position Details:

  • Grade: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager
  • Location: PAN India
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in managing a bank branch, preferably in Microfinance
  • Educational Qualification: Graduation – Any Specialization

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee branch operations, sales of products and services, and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Ensure strict compliance with the Bank’s policies and procedures.
  • Meet branch business targets on a month-on-month basis.
  • Resolve customer complaints and queries promptly.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, including “Know Your Customer (KYC)”, “Anti Money Laundering (AML)”, and “Combating the Financing of Terrorism (CFT)”.
  • Ensure smooth teller operations for customer transactions, verifying vouchers at the end of the day.
  • Coordinate with outsourced service providers for the proper functioning of branch ATMs (onsite and offsite).
  • Manage and control the usage of branch stationery and safeguard security items such as Demand Drafts, Correspondent Bank DDs, Travellers Cheques, Travel Cards, Passbooks, Withdrawal Slips, Bank stamps, etc.
  • Supervise Customer Service Officers (Tellers) and Sales Executives to ensure optimal productivity and high-quality service delivery to customers.
